How can they be built quickly and at certain costs? The instant report <em>Offsite Construction for the Piano Casa<\/em> proposes an answer: industrialising construction by moving part of the on-site work to the factory, as also indicated by the new European Affordable Housing Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The document gathers the first Italian evidence provided by the almost 100 organisations that are members of Offsite Hub Italia, the network launched by EDERA. In new construction, timelines are 20 to 50% shorter and costs up to 15% lower.
