EDERA SRL Social Enterprise is an innovation centre for decarbonisation and regeneration of the built environment.

Experiments and disseminates innovative solutions capable of reducing construction times, costs and environmental impact to satisfy the needs of people on a large scale and generate benefits for the community.

EDERA leads a paradigm shift in the way of retrofitting and building through an open innovation process to arrive at solutions and interventions:

• more sustainable, thanks to a more intelligent use of materials and the high energy performance guaranteed by the buildings; 
• less expensive, through the economies of scale generated by the industrialization of the construction process;
• faster, thanks to the prefabrication of components which reduces time, risks and inconveniences;
• more inclusive, because the drastic reduction in energy costs limits energy poverty and improves the living conditions of the inhabitants, especially in the suburbs.
