Marco Ventura

Marco has more than 25 years of experience in leading companies in the real estate sector (Gabetti, Patrigest, Cushman&Wakefield), architecture and engineering (WIP Group), international consulting (Ernst &Young) covering managerial roles and in the free profession.
He has been a consultant to builders/developers, financial institutions (banks, real estate funds), property companies, ministries and investee companies for the valorisation/alienation of real estate assets and for the encouragement of innovative forms of public-private partnership in sustainable urban transformation processes.
Marco, enrolled in the Register of Architects of Milan, has obtained the title of MRICS. He has attended refresher courses in Italy and abroad on the financing of real estate operations. He has been a speaker at university masters and conferences on Real Estate and Sustainability issues; his articles/interviews have been published in specialised magazines/sites.
Marco has gained expertise in planning, energy and sustainability upgrading, urban regeneration, valuation, feasibility studies, development operations, business plans.
At EDERA Marco is responsible for Business Development.
