Social Report, Edera publishes the 2025 edition
The 2025 Social Report of EDERA is now available online. The document covers a year in which the organisation continued to consolidate its role as a reference centre for innovation, decarbonisation and regeneration of the built environment. In 2025 we also witnessed a renewed centrality of our core themes: accessible housing, energy transition and the industrialisation of construction have firmly entered European and national agendas.
Against this backdrop, we continued our work to guide the construction sector towards more sustainable, effective, inclusive and replicable models, capable of integrating technological innovation, social impact and economic accessibility.
A number of figures tell this story:
Among the year’s most significant projects, EnergieSprong Milano represented a key step in making an industrialised deep retrofit model operational and applicable to the social housing stock. The project enabled the development of architectural visions, procurement tools and scalable technical solutions, helping to position Milan as a national laboratory for innovation in public housing.
The 2025 Social Impact Report thus presents the image of an organisation in continuous evolution, capable of generating environmental, social and economic impact through open innovation, collaboration and concrete experimentation.
