nss magazine, EDERA’s vision
The vision and commitment of EDERA – enabling deep regeneration are at the centre of a recent in-depth feature in nss magazine, a reference publication for contemporary culture and a key meeting point between aesthetics, innovation and conscious lifestyle.
The article “From sustainable to regenerative: the new paradigm of design and architecture”, written by Leonardo Franceschi, explores the necessary transition towards a regenerative approach, highlighting how design must today aim to return resources to the ecosystem, through a dialogue with EDERA CEO Thomas Miorin.
The piece brings out the vision of our Social Enterprise: if the idea of sustainability has been fundamentally oriented towards “stopping at a threshold to avoid too much damage”, the regenerative model instead introduces a more radical shift, oriented towards producing a positive impact. This perspective includes the reuse of materials in a circular logic, the quality of built space, the development of new skills and the impact on the urban context.
The transformation remains tied to one decisive factor: cultural change. The technology already exists, as do the tools and skills to implement it, but an additional step is needed. This is also why we launched Offsite Hub, to build a new alliance between design, industrial capacity and economic responsibility.
Being cited in such a prestigious context confirms that the path we have taken is the right one. We invite you to read the full analysis to discover how we are contributing to defining the standards of building and living tomorrow.
