EDERA aderisce a EDERA joins Green Building Council Italia

EDERA strengthens its strategic network by joining Green Building Council Italia (GBC Italia), the non-profit association bringing together Italian companies, organizations and professional communities operating in the sustainable building sector.

In this way EDERA intends to promote the transformation of the construction sector towards environmental sustainability, energy efficiency and the decarbonization of the built environment, bringing its expertise and experience in building innovation and offsite construction into an even larger Italian and international network: GBC Italia is part of World GBC, a network present in 85 countries, which represents the largest international organization active for the sustainable construction market.

Joining GBC Italia represents a further investment by EDERA – Offsite Hub Italia in carrying out advocacy activities and in creating networks and alliances to accelerate the deep regeneration of the real estate stock through industrial, digital and scalable intervention models.

This new alliance strengthens an already solid and articulated ecosystem of collaborations and institutional relationships, both nationally and internationally. EDERA, always committed as an innovation hub and, through Offsite Hub Italia, as promoter of the most representative entity of industrialized construction in Italy, is an active part of organizations that are leading innovation, ecological transition and social justice, including in the construction sector, among them EnergieSprong Global Alliance, IC-Europe, European Housing Alliance, Kyoto Club, ASviS.

EDERA will be able to contribute to GBC Italia’s work by pooling know-how, applied research and open innovation methodologies in the field of construction, while ensuring a positive and inclusive social impact for the environment and resident communities.
