Rome workshop for the redevelopment of public housing: EDERA and the Renova project

15/09/2026

Supporting public administrations in delivering fast, effective and sustainable redevelopment plans, to make public building stock climate resilient and safe, by creating local centres of expertise able to drive an industrialised, scalable approach that is faster and more cost effective: this is the goal of the Renova project, funded by the European Commission.

The October 1st workshop in Rome for ERP redevelopment

EDERA – Offsite Hub is working alongside Roma Capitale on the first territorial workshop dedicated to the redevelopment of municipal public buildings using innovative offsite technologies. On October 1st we will bring together, for the first time, public administration, local operators and experts for a concrete discussion on the opportunities for industrialised regeneration of Rome’s public building stock, from ERP housing to the city’s schools.

The goal is clear: to build a local network able to meet redevelopment needs through an industrialised, scalable approach rooted in the local area.

Practical information and registration

The event will take place on Thursday, October 1st, from 2.00 to 5.00 pm, at the UniCredit venue in Largo Angelo Fochetti 16, Rome. Participation is free, subject to registration: register here.
