EDERA at REbuild with offsite solutions for retrofit and new construction

Once again this year, EDERA will take part in REbuild Italia 2026, held in Riva del Garda on May 12–13, a key event for discussion on innovation in the construction sector.

There are two key moments in which we will play a leading role:

The workshop “Offsite for sustainable and inclusive living” (Tuesday, May 12, 4:30 PM – 6:15 PM) will explore initial comparative data on the costs of traditional construction versus offsite solutions, based on real case studies in public residential housing and social housing, both for refurbishment and new construction. It will be a key opportunity to discuss the technical and economic feasibility studies developed for public housing buildings in Milan within the Energiesprong Milano project, and to present Offsite Hub Italia, the largest innovation platform for Italian offsite construction.

The meeting “Expanding the Public Residential Housing stock: innovation experiences for a national perspective” (Wednesday, May 13, 2:00 PM – 2:45 PM) will provide an opportunity to explore offsite solutions and innovative models for faster construction interventions, thanks to the experience of the public housing company ITEA Trento and Federcasa.
